それともそのような事態に対応するための保険とか入っていたのだろうか？

日本も性犯罪に厳しくなって欲しい。っていうか、ほんとGPSとかの監視してくれ。犯罪者の人権とかいうけど、その人だって監視されて罪を犯さなくなるんだったら、捕まる事も無くなるし良い事なんじゃないかな。

GPSが周囲にバレるのが嫌とか結婚する時に困るとか言う人は、被害に遭った人はもっと辛いんだし、だったら初めからやるなって言えばいい。元犯罪者とわかっていても受け入れてくれる人もいるかもしれないし、幸福を追求する権利を奪っているわけでもない。

善良な市民がそういった脅威に怯えて生きているほうが幸せに生きる権利を侵害されてるような気がする。

I know it's called human rights for the criminals, but if the criminals are monitored so that he(she) don't commit crimes anymore, then it's a good thing that he(she) won't get caught.

Rapists say, "I don't want people to watch me with GPS," or "When I get married, I don't want my marriage partner or family to know that I've committed a sex crime."

But it's much harder for those who are victims.

Some people may accept him(her) even if they know he(she) was an ex-offender, and we are not depriving him(her) of his(her) right to pursue happiness.

I think good citizens live in fear of such threats, and their right to live happily is being violated.

アメリカのセクハラ裁判では何十億円という判決が出ることを思えば、少なすぎる感じさえする。

1人1人の受けた心の傷やそれで無くした時間もだけれど、アメリカのナショナルチームの選手なら、実際の経済的な損失だって今回の受け取る金額を超えてる人だっているはず。
